The conference facility packages include a flipchart, a whiteboard, a screen (1,8x1,8m). The equipment includes: an overhead projector, a VCR and a DVD player, a TV set and stereo equipment. For extra charge: data projector. Upon prior agreement, we also provide sound and interpretation equipment.

Conference room rate includes pens, paper and cooled drinking water for the participants.
